In your computer's search bar, type in Command Prompt (Windows) or Terminal (MacOS) and open that app.To shut SugarSync down completely, open the SugarSync app, click on the Menu button ≡, and then choose Quit SugarSync. Quit out of the SugarSync desktop application completely.Adding a zero byte does not affect the integrity of the files, but the modified date/time for those files will have the current date/time. This is in order to modify them slightly to have SugarSync upload them properly. The tool will add a zero byte to the end of the affected files only. To run the tool to fix stuck uploads, please follow the steps below. Once you have build 9.9.9.4 installed, you need to run the tool to fix the affected files.
Sugarsync desktop install#
It will install over the top of your current installation. One of the new versions below must be downloaded and installed in order for the tool to run properly. NOTE: Due to the nature of the build, the build/version number will show as 9.9.9.4 in the About SugarSync box.
